I have a Server 2012 R2 computer with a LTO-5 Tape drive.
The tape drive shows up in the Device Manager and it says that the device id installed and working properly. It has a name of 'Tape0'
When I go to the Window Backup server the only choices for backup destinations are hard drive paths OR network paths. The is no reference to the tape drive.
If I try backing up from SQL to \\.\TAPE0 I get an System Error 5 (Access Denied).
Where should look to activate/configure the tape drive.
