Hi,
I have a two node Cluster Windows Servers 2008 R2, and a vss failure on both servers.
Every time I try to make a backup of drive C with wbadmin (Sytemstate, Full drive or a single file) the backup failed with error: 0x80042308 "The specified object was not found."
The error only happens on Drive C. If a try another volume on same physical disk or a drive in another physical disk, I have no problems.
Here is everything I did, until now:
- Install KB 2871085 - Driver volsnap.sys update
- Schedule and run a off-line chkdsk
- Stop my antivirus
- Run the command SFC /SCANNOW
The backup still fails.
Someone can help me, please?
