An application built with Visual Studio in Windows Server 2012 R2 unexpectedly quits (Exception Code: 0xc0000409, Error Module: ucrtbase.DLL)

I used to use this program before. (Windows Server 2012 R2, build with Visual Studio 2013, Microsoft SQL Server 2014)

The source code of the program has not changed. However, there is a change in the programs used. (Windows Server 2012 R2, build with Visual Studio 2015, Microsoft SQL Server 2016)

We are currently in service, but the application is terminating abnormally.
