Wmic command to get cpu current clock speed is constantly showing the same value

command: wmic cpu get currectclockspeed,maxclockspeed /every:1

continuously shows the same clock speed for current and maximum though they are not the same, in windows server 2016. how to get the correct current clock speed for my system.
