How to read a message on Windows server: >xcopy d:\*.* g:\wed /h /d /i /c /k /e /y

This message was on our server when we turned on the screen. I get that it is copying/ but I don't understand the "g:\wed" part. Is this someone outside trying to copy our database? Are they trying to xcopy to gdrive? Dodn't know I had one.
