VM's hanging or save mode after Hyper-V Windows backup

Hi

I have 2 VM's in the Hyper-V and its hanging after the completion of windows backup. This is started after the update of Hyper-V integration service. From the event viewer it showing the error"VM_Name: The Volume Shadow Copy integration service is not enabled". But the service is enabled for Manual(Trigger Start) under services.
