Tape Library integrated with Windows server 2008

I have  following query regarding Tape Loader integrated with Windows server.

I have windows 2008 server and Dell Powervolt TL2000.

• Is it possible to take windows server 2008 backup from backup and restore feature of windows to Dell Powervolt TL2000   tape Library.
• Windows 2008 server support backup directly to  Tape Library (Without any 3^rd party software) .
