Windows Server 2008 - system state backup failed

Hi!

Windows Server 2008 Standard x86, full patched, after changing failed disk (one in RAID-1) doesn't correctly create system state backup.

Backup started and after copy some data i.e. 1,49 GB stopped with message "device is not ready". In Application log is write message

I've checked system partition with chkdsk /f /r  - without errors.

How I can correct this situation.
