Recover from Bare Metal Backup -Issues

I have Bare Metal Backup( With only C Drive) of 2 Servers with Windows Server 2012 DataCenter in External Drive.

in One of the Server A the Size of Bare Metal Backup is about 40 GB and Size of Partition C is about 142 GB.

in One of the Server B the Size of Bare Metal Backup is about 14 GB and Size of Partition C is about 80 GB.

I have new Server with Same OS and i have total HD space is 139 GB. I Tried to restore by Booting the Server with Windows Media DVD and Then Repair Option, I made Partition throigh Command Prompt:

>Diskpart

>List Disk

> Select Disk 0

>Active

>clean

> Create Par primary

>format fs=Ntfs Label=C Quick

>Assign Letter C

>List Volume

I can see the Volume in healthy Condition but When i restore Image from External Drive I face below Error:

the System image Restore Failed

Error Details: the Disk that is Set as Active in BIOS is too small to recover the original System disk. replace the disk with a larger one and retry the restore operation (0x80042407)

I even tried with Server B that has small C drive Partition and backup.
