How to Set Dailly User Backup Automaticaly Through Server

I Have 50 user's in my office all have win7 laptops so i want to take dailly all user backup automatically through server.

i want to that if i add external harddisk to my server all user profile data automatically save on external hard disk.

so please give me solution.
