'0x807800C5' Backup Fails - Access is denied.

Running BackupAssist for customer. Two backups configured, each to different NAS devices.

First backup works fine, no issues.

Second backup fails with below errors:

Event Log

The backup operation that started at '‎2014‎-‎07‎-‎05T07:00:43.894440000Z' has failed with following error code '0x807800C5' (There was a failure in preparing the backup image of one of the volumes in the backup set.). Please review the event details for a solution, and then rerun the backup operation once the issue is resolved.

From C:\Windows\Logs\WindowsServerBackup

Backup of volume \\?\Volume{e022887e-ab05-11e3-80b1-806e6f6e6963}\ has failed. Access is denied.

The backupset folder is created on the NAS and security is everyone:full access. The options for the backup selection is the exact same on both backups. I have recreated the backup and same issue. Perhaps something with the NAS - but to me the Access is Denied is referring to the volume it's attempting to access. BackupAssist shows no issue when performing test of the backup location (and obviously not access denied to it as it creates the folders and other files before starting image backup).
