Sir,
This is our scenario.
We are using NAS Server in our Environment with Windows Storage Server 2008. From Windows Storage Server, Windows Server backup utility We are not able to take backup.
Because, It is not showing up the folders inside the required volume. It shows only Volumes(Not folders)
But, In Windows Server 2012 R2 We are able to add the folders inside the required voulmes. So, We have planned backup a Network drive(from NAS) using Windows Server 2012 R2.
But, We are not able view the Mapped drive(Z:\ drive- NAS) in the backup source page.
Is it possible to backup a Network Shared folder using Windows Server Backup utility?
If Possible, Let me know what are the settings I have to change in our side?
