Windows Backup Issue - 0x81000015

Hello, 

I am wondering if you can assist?

I currently have the issue that Windows Backup won't finish successfully.

However still no luck.

I have also removed Winzip and Peazip from my machine, as per: https://blogs.technet.microsoft.com/win7/2011/03/07/error-0x81000015-appears-when-you-back-up-files-in-windows-7/

Can you advise what the next step is so I can resolve the issue?
