will installing a microsoft server 2003 delete my hard drive?

Hello,

I have a delle dimension 3000 (old pc) with windows XP and i want to install a copy of software server 2003 in order to train myself in working with this environment.

my questions is: will it delete my entire operating system and hard drive after installing microsoft server 2003  or the two can coexist in the same computer?
