I was trying to take a full back for my lync ME server , using windows backup , for a machine that is hosted on hyper v
but it keeps fails with the error :
event id : 517
The backup operation that started at '2014-06-22T09:54:13.768218100Z' has failed with following error code '2155347997' (The operation ended before completion.). Please review the event details for a solution, and then rerun the backup operation once the issue is resolved.
and
event id : 513
Cryptographic Services failed while processing the OnIdentity() call in the System Writer Object.
Details:
AddCoreCsiFiles : GetNextFileMapContent() failed.
System Error:
The parameter is incorrect.
and I notice when I check the writer's status using vssadmin list writers that the system writer's is missing ?
so any advice to solve this issue ?
